The Service, at it's core, is a mattress replacement service. But that's not all! It also gives you access to factory discounts, the flexibility to adjust to life's changing circumstances, and peace of mind knowing you'll never pay retail again.

The mattress is manufactured in a way that allows the comfort layer to be swapped. This saves you a whole lot of time and money.

Latex does not require a break-in period, but your body might. It is important and highly recommended to give your body time to adjust. This adjustment period is necessary, but not required. It usually takes 2-3 weeks, but if you absolutely cannot sleep on it from the first night , feel free to exchange it right away. That's why we're here!

The refresh cycle occurs every seven (7) years. It is not mandatory to receive a new one if your current one is still serving you well. In this case, login to your account and pause the service. Your subscription will enter Maintenance status and reduce to $2.00 per month until you resume it. Once resumed, a new mattress is delivered to you and your Refresh date will adjust to the date that service is resumed.

Maintenance level accounts remain active and still garner the benefits of anytime exchanges.

A return shipping label and a vaccuum-compression bag is included with every new mattress (at the beginning of each Refresh Cycle). Please use them.

There is a $400 surcharge for not sending the old one back.

Comfort Layers

The first exchange is free. After that, each exchange is $395, shipping included. Exchanging of comfort layers can be done twice within each 7-year Refresh Cycle per size.
Comfort exchanges do not affect the refresh date.

Sizes

If a different size is desired or required, the process is identical to an exchange.

When going to a bigger size, the price difference between sizes is tallied during checkout and your new subscription rate will go into effect the following month.
There is no price difference between king sizes.

When going to a smaller size, the new subscription rate will go into effect the following month, and a $300 rebate is issued via mail.

The refresh cycle resets in either case.

Returns are accepted 30 days after receiving the mattress for a full refund. You are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Please contact us to rectify any defects (this is rare).

You can cancel the service at any time. Your access to factory wholesale pricing will be terminated at the end of the billing month. No refunds are given and your current mattress is yours to keep.
